What we collect

When you sign up for a membership or book an appointment through a barbershop page powered by Always Lined, we collect the information needed to run that service: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and details of your bookings and membership.

If you are a shop owner or sales representative, we collect your business details, contact information, and the content you upload (such as your logo and shop photos) to build and manage your page.

How we use it

We use your information to create and manage your account and membership, process bookings, send confirmations and reminders, process payments through the payment provider, and provide support.

Barbershops can see the name, contact details, bookings, and membership status of their own clients. Shop owners use this to serve you — for example, to prepare for your appointment or handle a cancellation.

Payments

Membership payments are processed by our payment provider on behalf of the barbershop. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on Always Lined servers.

Email and notifications

We send transactional email related to your account, bookings, and memberships. Administrative notifications about shop signups and representative activity are sent to shop and platform operators, not to clients.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your details with advertisers. We only share data with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payments) and with the barbershop you do business with.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion by contacting the barbershop you joined or us at alwayslined@yahoo.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level security so that each shop can only reach its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
