1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of Always Lined, a platform that provides barbershops with branded membership pages, booking tools, and check-in services. By using this website or a barbershop page powered by Always Lined, you agree to these terms.

Always Lined provides software to barbershops. Each barbershop is an independent business responsible for its own services, staff, pricing, and customer relationships. Always Lined is not the seller of haircuts, shaves, memberships, or any service performed at a shop.

2. Accounts and memberships

Client memberships are sold and fulfilled by the barbershop you join, not by Always Lined. Membership plans, visit allowances, pricing, and add-ons are set by each shop and may change at the shop's discretion.

You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up, book, or purchase a membership, and to keep your account details current.

3. Payments

Membership payments are billed on a recurring basis through the barbershop's own payment account. You may cancel a membership at any time by contacting the shop; cancellation stops future billing. Fees already paid for the current billing period are handled according to the shop's policy.

Prices shown on a shop's page are set by that shop and include any taxes the shop is responsible for collecting.

4. Bookings and cancellations

Appointments booked through a shop's page are subject to the shop's availability, schedule, and cancellation rules. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact the shop directly. Repeated no-shows may result in the shop limiting your ability to book.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no interfering with its operation, no scraping or copying content or code, no attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, and no using the platform for unlawful activity.

Shop owners are responsible for the content they publish on their pages and for keeping their account credentials secure.

6. Intellectual property

The Always Lined name, logo, platform design, and code are owned by Always Lined and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms grants you the right to copy, resell, or create derivative works from the platform.

Each barbershop owns its own brand, logo, photos, and content displayed on its page.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Always Lined is not liable for the quality or outcome of services performed by barbershops, for disputes between shops and their clients, or for indirect or consequential damages.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
